Westminster Presbyterian Church features two dynamic youth choirs, for both middle-school- and high-school-aged youth.
The Kirk Singers choir is open to 9th–12th grade students, members and non-members, giving them the opportunity to sing the great literature of the church, develop sound vocal techniques, and serve the church. The Kirk Singers sing approximately once a month for morning worship services. The Kirk Singers also participate in a summer traveling tour; previous destinations have included Denver, Colorado; Cincinnati, Ohio; Knoxville, Tennessee; Asheville, North Carolina; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Kirk Singers are directed by Helen Hofmeister Hawley, minister for music. For more information, email email@example.com or call 616-717-5539.
Rehearsals for the Kirk Singers are Sundays from 4:00–5:00p, preceding high school youth group.
