For our next unit, we will be working with the story of Jesus healing the ten people with leprosy. Our focus is that saying “Thank You” is an act of praise to God. Our memory verse is Psalm 107:1 “O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever.” We will talk about Jesus healing brokenness, loving outcasts, and what this means for us as his disciples. We will be making valentines for our church neighbors, acting out the story, and writing “Thank-you Letters” to God. Also, look for the Lenten Fish on February 26, so your family can start collecting throughout the Lenten season.
