Program Area Support Staff
Janlee is the organ and piano accompanist at Westminster, accompanying choral groups and instrumentalists for worship and church events. She is also a private piano instructor and free-lance accompanist in west Michigan and maintains a performing career in the greater Grand Rapids area. Janlee received a Bachelor of Music degree from Western Michigan University in piano performance and music history, and a Master of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York.
Luanne directs both the Carol Choir (grades three through five) and the Cantus Choir (grades one and two). Luanne is a K-8 music teacher and received her Bachelor of Music degree from Western Michigan University. She also received a Masters of Education from Calvin College. Luanne has been involved with the music program at Westminster for over twenty-five years.
Jackie is the director of the Cantus Choir (ages three through kindergarten). Jackie teaches music in the Forest Hills Public Schools system and has music education degrees from Calvin College and Michigan State University.
Katie Prince is one of the education assistants to the Minister for Children and Their Families. As a former preschool teacher, Katie enjoys teaching in the Worship Centers and helping develop curriculum for Children’s Worship. Katie has two young boys of her own and is happy to work in this area of WPC!
Amanda Schnepp is the education assistant in Children’s Ministries. She supports the Minister for Children and Their Families, as well as the volunteers and the children.
Emily Anderson is the High School Ministries Coordinator. She organizes and plans youth groups, connects with youth one on one, and celebrates the joys of life alongside them. Emily longs to help youth connect more closely with God, themselves, the church, and others. She loves to watch sporting events (youth and U of M) and play board games. She is currently in her second year at Western Theological Seminary and is working on her Masters of Divinity.
