Gratitude…What does it mean for you, for me, for us? We have experienced so many examples that evoke gratitude during this Lenten season: Joel Schoon-Tanis’ helping us hear and visualize the gospel stories, excellent sermons centered around “Encountering Gospel”, outstanding musical offerings, special opportunities for our children to engage in Lenten activities, opportunities for adults to participate in Lenten reflections and studies, and much, much more. So, like the words from Brandon Lake’s song Gratitude,
“All my words fall short…
So, I throw up my hands and praise You again and again
‘Cause all that I have is a
Hallelujah, hallelujah”
We are truly and simply grateful for God’s gifts to us through Jesus Christ. Our gratitude flows from us into giving of ourselves to others and of sharing our financial resources. Thank you for your gifts to Westminster during the first quarter of 2023.
