Composer Evan Snyder will conduct his one act opera on Nov 1 at 3pm in the sanctuary and present a postshow talk of his experience and life as a composer. The Casserole is an endearing and sinister comedy about a young man searching for his late grandmother’s casserole recipe. He gets more than he bargains for. You’ll have to attend to find out if he is able to enjoy his favorite dish. It’s a perfect segue from All Saints Day to Thanksgiving. Cast: Jon Lovegrove, Catherine Gispert, Sarah Faasse, Tami Knutson-Snyder, and Carrie Ledet, with orchestra. Directed by Lauren Lenz.
